Hops, hops and more hops, although this is not just another one dimensional ‘lupin fest’. Cara, Munich and Rye Crystal malts provide a robust base for this punchy American West Coast IPA style beer.

South African Hop Exclusive for Clint. Meaty tropical festival, with hints of Blueberry, goosebury, melon , guava orange and plum. Offspring of the popular Bitter Boer and Zulu Tropic from last years festival in Watford.

Amazingly crisp with very low bitterness and late citrus hop aroma from a combination of Saaz and Cascade varieties.

An extra pale malt base provides the ideal clean canvas for the spectacular US big hitters Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe hops. Expect pungent tropical, mango and citrus flavours.

A light session American Pale Ale, heavily dry hopped with Mosaic providing strong tropical fruit and citrus aromas – a complex hop with a kaleidoscope of flavours.  A delight for the summer.

Very pale, very hoppy beer which is the Essence of Summer. Extra pale ale and wheat malts combine with the aromatic Citra and Delta hops to make a very bright and refreshing pint for a warm summer’s day.

Roasted barley, along with a blend of pale/dark crystal malts and caramalt give this red hued beer a soft maltiness with roasted notes, whilst the English/German hop mix gives it a spicy hop character.

We use chocolate malt to give it a deep copper colour and the finest English hops give the ale a hint of berries.  It's a well balanced, smooth and moreish ale.

With new world hops and a handful of orange zest, it's not a pure I.P.A. and not a wheat beer - it's a bold riot of a beer on it's own.

Treason is a West Coast IPA, bronze in colour and with a big hop aroma that gives way to a lingering spicy bitterness.

Citrus, melon & papaya jump from the glass, followed by a light bread & biscuit palate on first taste. A blend of Cascade, Ekuanot & Mandarina Bavaria hops then provide a super refreshing citrus & blackcurrant lingering taste.

Golden Ale, brewed with American Amarillo whole leaf hops giving a distinctive fresh citrus aroma reminiscent of cut grapefruit.

With Sterling, Amarillo, Centennial,Cascade, Chinook hops. A light golden beer with a big personality, bursting with fruity hop flavours, citrus notes and a refreshing finish.

With Cascade, Willamette, Chinook, Pacific Jade hops. This light and refreshing summer beer begins with a fruity aroma and taste before an endless wave of bitterness.

Refreshingly hoppy This seasonal beer isn't even on the website. It comes with a little bitterness crossed with hint sweetness. A session beer in anyones book.

An enticing amber colour with a hoppy and slightly fruity aroma. We use the finest English malt carefully balanced with local Fuggles hops. This is gently fermented to leave some of the natural malt sugars, to give a full and satisfying flavour with a long, dry finish.

Zesty light amber ale with a malty character and a hoppy, floral bouquet.

Refreshing straw gold, crisp and biscuity lager with a herbal grassy aroma

Brewed with all pale malts and loaded with our brewers’ favourite hop, Azacca.  Hitting you straight off with the tastes of mangos, lychees, citrus and pine, with a clean crisp malt bill lurking in the background.  So full of tropical flavours you’ll think you really are in the tropics

A Low on ABV pale ale, huge on Hops.  Packed with more Citra and Cascade than ever before. Hopcat is bursting with intense tropical and citrus flavours.  Lighty toasted malts give a hint of sweetness before a second round of hops, big Mango and Lychee zest courtesy of a generous Citra third round of dry hopping.

Brewed with pilsner malts this crisp craft lager is tripple hopped with kasbek, chinnook makatu. Glides down the throat far too easily.

A heavily hopped blood Red Ale, with colours pulling through from Crystal Rye. An Ale with rich notes of whole leaf First Gold, Admiral, Pilot and Savinski Golding. This Ale had enough heart even for MR Ripper, the shadow of these parts. Watling Street Red Ale, the infamous ale for the infamous character.

A traditional English Ale with a blend of Maris Otter, Crystal, wheat and chocolate malts. An Ale treated with care and finesse so as to ensure the rich undertones of toffee take centre stage. A famous Premium Ale whose confidence to be rebellious is inspired by the famous Celtic Inceni Rebel Queen, Queen Boudicea.

A refreshing Pale Ale brewed straight up with Maris Otter barley. This heavily hopped whole leaf Galena, Cascade and Liberty Hop is an exciting creation. Some say it’s a creation so bold and unapologetic that it acts as an ode to Mary Shelley. That it’s a companion complex enough that she could finally find a form of solace.

A classic Golden Ale brewed as a hybrid craft traditional bitter. A calculated blend of Maris Otter and Crystal malts; balanced by whole leaf Challenger, Target, Celeia and Cascade. An Ale crafted with detail down to the last molecule. Our Golden Ale is adjusted to perfection and inspired by the man who understood the variables of balance best, Sir Newton. A man who himself has confessed, was inspired the great Watling Street to begin with.

Cascade and mosaic hops define this citrus punchy pale. "Watch" out though it drinks like juice.

With five malts and five hops this ruby coloured ale has a lovely rich malty flavour and a hint of spiciness making it a very drinkable ale.

A Straw coloured pale that showcases one of the most exciting and recent Slovenian hops on the market Styrian Wolf. Expect intense flavours of citrus and berries and a smooth bitterness.

An American style IPA – packed with Chinook, Columbus and Cascade hops from the American North West – crisp, clean and refreshing with a lasting hoppy bite.
